Mr. Mansfield has been employed in the civil engineering profession since 1996. He worked at several well-known Bay Area firms before accepting his current position with Triad/Holmes Associates. He has been professionally responsible for a variety of projects in the Bay Area from conceptual/planning/entitlement stages through construction. Mr. Mansfield also enjoys serving his local community on the City of San Carlos Traffic and Transportation Commission, City of San Carlos Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee and serving the San Mateo County / Redwood City Chamber of Commerce.
