Triad/Holmes Associates is a growing civil engineering
and land surveying firm with seven offices in Central
and Northern California and a staff of over 70 employees,
including five Licensed Civil Engineers and five Licensed
Land Surveyors. We are a full-service civil engineering
and land surveying firm with over 30 years of experience.
Our staff has earned an excellent reputation with
both public and private clients, working intimately
with each one to understand the needs and objectives
of their projects in order to consistently produce
a professional product on time and on budget.
We have placed our offices in some of the most desirable
areas to live in California – the Eastern Sierra,
the Bay area, the Central Coast and the Wine country
– giving us the opportunity to work in a great
variety of site conditions, and making us familiar
with the requirements of a resort community as well
as urban environments.
Triad offers excellent advancement. Advancement opportunities
are what you make of them. Drafters can advance to
designers and project managers; chainmen to party
chiefs; licensed employees can advance to principals.
Many employees have been with the company for more
than 10 years—attesting to the great people-oriented
environment.
