Triad/Holmes Associates is a growing civil engineering and land surveying firm with three offices in the Eastern Sierra and Bay Area and a staff of over 20 employees, including three Licensed Civil Engineers and two Licensed Land Surveyors.

We are a full-service civil engineering and land surveying firm with over 30 years of experience. Our staff has earned an excellent reputation with both public and private clients, working intimately with each one to understand the needs and objectives of their projects in order to consistently produce a professional product on time and on budget.

We have placed our offices in some of the most desirable areas to live in California – the Eastern Sierra and the Redwood City area – giving us the opportunity to work in a great variety of site conditions, and making us familiar with the requirements of a resort community as well as urban environments.
